Ward was born in MonroeLouisianaon April 151976. She was a student at an exclusive Christian primary school, called Monroe Christian School. She went to Ouachita High School to pursue the second semester of her studies. She then transferred to River Oaks High School after the school year ended. A short time after her graduation, she attended Northeast Louisiana University. Ward dropped out at 13 and moved into New York so that she was able to begin modeling. She decided to pursue acting in the following years. The first time she appeared on stage was in an uncredited part in 1970's soap-opera All My Children, and she was later cast in the lead in a drama for teens on NBC Premier-Time Malibu Shores. Then, in the fall of 1996, she was in the role in the role of Meg Cummings on Sunset Beach. In 1999, she started an acting career in films in the role of Brittany Foster the psychotic character in the horror film The In Crowd. The film was not a huge movie in theaters however, it was a huge success with home-video and cable. In the following year, Ward played a supporting part in the cult film Shallow Hal. Ward also was a guest on numerous TV shows as well as direct-to-DVD movies. In the ABC Family Drama series Make it or break It's primary team for its initial two seasons, Chloe Kmet played the mother of young gymnast in 2009. The personal side of her life is a union with the producer David C. Robinson. They have one son named Cameron.
