Angela Evelyn Bassett (born April 15 1960) was an American actress. In the TV and film business, she is famous for her numerous nominations and awards. Bassett is a native of New York New York and was raised by her aunt in Winston-Salem North Carolina. Bassett relocated with her twin sister in St. Petersburg Florida at the age of five to be near their mother and father, who had separated from her father. Bassett when she was in high school was a fan of John Steinbeck's production Of Mice and Men with James Earl Jones and she was inspired to be an actor. In the year 1980, Bassett completed her studies at Yale University New Haven Connecticut with a degree in African American studies. She earned a diploma from the Yale School of Drama. Courtney B. Vance met her at Yale In 1997, they were married. Qualification: B.A. the Yale School of Drama awarded the degree of Master of Fine Arts in African American Studies to Angela Bassett back in 1980. She was a student at the school following: Jordan Park elementary school, Disston Middle School for students in 7th grade, Azalea Middle School for 8th & 9th grades in addition to Boca Ciega High School. Angela Bassett plays Ramonda as one of the major roles in action adventure film i.e. Black Panther Wakanda forever 2022.
